Our Covid-19 Testing Services

Most people don’t know this but you may have Covid-19 even if you are not showing any symptoms. You can easily become a super spreader or get sick yourself later.

We offer testing services onsite so you don’t have to take the day off or waste time commuting to a remote testing site.  A simple virus test will tell us if you are currently carrying the SARs-CoV-2 virus. Each test is conducted by a certified and trained healthcare specialist who will ensure you are as comfortable as possible.

What to Expect On Vaccination Day

Our Arrival

Our staff will arrive on the scheduled day at your facility with all of the necessary vaccines, equipment and supplies. Here are just a few things we will need from you to make the experience comfortable for everyone involved:

  • A main point of contact.
  • A clean and private space such as a conference room or a backlot.
  • A table with two chairs.
  • A list of employees who have signed up for the vaccine.

While we also allow limited walk-in appointments, pre-registration ensures that everyone who signs up for the vaccinations gets their shots. Plus, pre-registration also allows us to collect essential information (such as the patient’s name, medical information, address, contact information etc.) to reserve spots.

Screening

Each registered individual will be asked to fill out a short form detailing their health before they receive their vaccination. No ID or proof of insurance needed!

Vaccination

All of the registered individuals will be vaccinated one by one at the stations we set up. After getting a shot, they will receive a vaccination record card that will contain the time and date of their second Pfizer or Moderna shot.

You will then be asked to sit in a waiting area for 15 minutes for observation. One of our onsite health professionals will aid you if you need medical assistance during this time.

Important reminder – We ask all of the participants to hydrate and eat before their vaccination.

If your organization is interested in our mobile vaccination services, please use this form (enter link) to submit your request.

Who Should NOT Get Vaccinated

At Sterling Rapid Response, we strive to maintain ethical medical standards for all of our mobile vaccine drives. While vaccinations are necessary to prevent diseases such as Covi-19 from spreading, these individuals should not get vaccinated unless their physician deems otherwise:

  • Individuals who are highly allergic or have an immediate allergic reaction to any of the ingredients in Pfizer and Modern vaccines.
  • Individuals who had a severe allergic reaction to the first dose of a vaccine should not get a second one.

Severe allergic reactions can be treated by an EpiPen or with swift medical care. Immediate allergic reactions occur within 4 hours of a shot. Common symptoms include swelling, hives and respiratory distress.

How the Covid-19 Vaccine Works

To understand how Covid-19 vaccines work, you first need to understand how it fights off illnesses. When the virus or any germs invade our body, they attack and also multiply. The invasion aka infection is what causes illness.
